Dave brings to clients his broad range of Finance and Accounting experience in both public and private companies, primarily in manufacturing and process critical service companies. Dave’s contributions to companies include involvement with all levels of manufacturing, operations and IT development teams. As a hands-on leader, he is committed to process, quality, team, communication, and responsiveness.

Prior to his Partner role at CFOs2GO, Dave built a deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, controls and systems that were acquired in technology companies, including Hewlett Packard, Borland Software, Concentric Network, Photon Dynamics and Pure Wafer. His manufacturing experience includes establishing fundamental cost accounting procedures and key metrics, roles on steering committees planning future operational and system needs and vendor selection and outsourcing negotiations.

Dave has significant experience in building financial credibility with investors, CPAs, bankers, vendors, and customers, vital to the success of an organization. He assists clients as an important contributor in acquisitions, company sales, raising money through public and private equity and debt offerings, and traditional banking arrangements. Clients count on Dave’s forethought, strategic planning, and well-established key relationships to help them position their companies to be able to respond quickly to business opportunities.

Dave conscientiously engages with and builds solid relationships within departments across an organization and from all levels of employees, as he values the contributions of all team members.

Dave earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Ohio State University and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University. He previously earned his CPA license in the State of New York.

Dave is active in his community. He’s coached girls’ softball and NJB basketball, established the non-profit entity for the San Jose Almaden Water Polo Association and served as its original Treasurer and volunteers at the Almaden Valley Art and Wine Festival.
