Bob is the founder and CEO of CFOs2GO. He established the 2GO Group in 1986 to address the growing need of companies to engage expert financial services without incurring the burden of full-time employees, and for broad consulting and recruiting resources. He is most actively involved with the international practice of CFOs2Go, helping companies set up and maintain operations as well as attract top talent for their US team.

Jodi is the Director of Recruiting Services for the 2Go Companies. She has been with CFOs2GO for more than 15 years providing executive search and placement services for a variety of clients. Her background includes sales and healthcare following a stint in a Big 4 CPA firm. She sits on several Boards for non-profits, including The East Bay Leadership Council and served as the past Chairman for Opportunity Junction in Antioch. Jodi speaks French, and has studied German and Russian.

Jess has supported non-profit organizations as a senior executive, Chairman of the Board, and non-board member advisor. His work with non-profit organizations during the last twenty five years includes supporting foundations, research institutions, land trusts, and children’s support agencies. He works with management teams and Boards on the development of financial reporting systems, policies and procedures, strategic planning, forecasts and budgets, and recruiting and training accounting personnel.

Chris Chillingworth, Partner
Chris has spent his career providing financial leadership to both public and private companies, principally in high tech, real estate and life sciences arenas. He leads the financial systems, stock compensation, and corporate governance practice groups within CFOs2GO Partners. While exceptionally talented in technical accounting, his passion and calling is to effectively communicate financial strategies to all levels both inside and outside an organization. He loves to create efficiencies through technology and to build solid business relationships to resolve business issues that have a financial aspect to them.

Doug Kennedy, Partner
Doug Kennedy performs business advisory services and financial consulting work for a variety of family owned businesses from start-ups to mature successful enterprises. He often coaches new leaders of the family-owned enterprise, mostly on financial issues, as they transition from one generation to the next and until they are fully up to speed and comfortable in their new role. On occasion he fills the role of CFO until a new permanent CFO can be identified.

John has spent his management career primarily as CFO of small market capitalization and public companies with sales ranging between $50 million to $6 billion. Much of his experience relates to companies with significant inventories and capital investments, with both public and bank debt. He has extensive experience dealing with the various constituencies including public investors, rating agencies, lenders and the SEC. John’s areas of expertise include balance sheet management issues, including cash flow crisis management, inventory optimization, fixed asset utilization assessment and lender negotiations both on originating loans and loans with compliance violations. With prior operating management experience John also has an expertise in rapid implementation of performance improvement measures.

Joe’s background includes accounting, tax and consulting engagements with both large and small medical and dental provider groups in both private fee for service as well as managed care and Medicaid capitation reimbursement models. Joe’s life science consulting clients include organizations in radiopharmaceutical manufacturing and distribution as well as organizations that license and commercialize technologies from colleges and university researchers in the US and Canada. Additionally, Joe is cofounder and CEO of a medical device developer which has patented a number of unit dose and other devices. Joe possesses that rare combination of an inquisitive mind that can easily adapt to diverse engagements to gain an understanding of each client’s technology while at the same time being able to overlay sound accounting, management and finance principles on each organization he serves so as to maximize returns to owners and investors. Joe hails from Chicago, resides in Oregon and his clients extend from coast to coast, border to border and internationally.

Michaela applies extensive language proficiency and financial modeling and analysis expertise to implement plans across multi-cultural environments, realize revenue growth and connect corporate teams in Europe, Asia, Australia and North America. She speaks Swedish, English, Japanese, French and Romanian and has an MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Jack Doty, Partner
Jack has a long history in food manufacturing and distribution, including in entrepreneurial and senior financial roles. As a non-CPA Management Accountant, he is that “business building” financial manager who seeks to complement strong industry-specific financial management skills with relevant business advice from a financial perspective.
Jack also has extensive expertise in non-profits and the manufacturing industry. Jack has board seats with the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce Foundation, the San Francisco Center for Economic Development and the Steering Committee of the NorCal district of the American Diabetes Association.
Jack is also an active member of the community and is currently a member of the Institute of Management Accountants, the Specialty Food Association, and the Fine Chocolate Industry Association. He is a past director of the San Francisco Coalition for Better Housing and the Association for Corporate Growth.

Tom brings over 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry covering a wide range of leadership positions including IT. He has served as the CFO of several banks and the CEO of two bank holding companies. He was the CFO and Chief Investment Officer for a private equity fund that raised $160 million from institutional investors, acquired seven portfolio companies, merged those companies, and exited via two public equity rounds. Tom’s finance expertise covers accounting, tax, treasury, insurance, investor reporting and budgeting. He has managed outsourced relationships with investment banking, legal and accounting firms, and has overseen IT departments with particular expertise in evaluating, implementing and managing of new technologies in financial services.

Robert Stoffregen, Advisory Partner
Robert brings over 20 years of experience as a Consulting Chief Financial Officer with another 10 years as a practicing CPA or Lawyer. His depth of knowledge and skill from his years as a Partner with Deloitte and Touche complimented by his business law background brings a deep rooted business acumen to his consulting clients. Mr. Stoffregen’s clients have looked to him for direction in achieving strategic growth initiatives. Consulting clients have included the retail industry, technology, research and development and consumer product development in both the private and public sectors. Mr. Stoffregen has acted as advisor or been an active participant in nearly two dozen purchase or sale transactions as an advisor, technical consultant, forensic accountant, or active participant. Industries involved have included Technology, R&D, Retail, Education, Services, Manufacturing, Mining and Minerals, Restaurants, Entertainment, and Construction.

Chris serves as the Accounting Manager for the 2GO Group, supporting the clients of CFOs2GO, Accountants2GO and IT2GO with a full range of accounting services. As a hands-on manager, Chris juggles both his work for 2GO Group as well as various client accounts and provides general oversight and bookkeeping. He’s responsible for A/P, A/R, Payroll, month-end financial reporting, establishing internal controls and maintaining the general ledger for a range of clients from small business to large international divisions. As the resident QuickBooks expert, Chris builds, fixes and maintains accounting systems ensuring that they are properly constructed and maintained. Prior to joining CFOs2GO, Chris worked with a Big 4 Accounting firm, Freedom Financial and H&R Block where he was first introduced to US GAAP, SOX , Foreign Exchange, FAS 52 and financial accounting.
